Master the Flap
Flappy Bird is all about rhythm. Tap or click to keep the bird in the air and glide between the pipes without touching the edges.
Most players fail by overcorrecting. Treat each tap as a small nudge, not a big jump. Smooth, even inputs will carry you farther than quick bursts.
Try to keep the bird just below the top of each gap, then coast down. This gives you time to react if the next pipe comes quickly.
A simple way to practice is counting a steady beat in your head. Tap on the beat and watch how small corrections keep the bird stable.
- 1. Tap to rise
Each tap gives a small lift. Keep taps light and steady.
- 2. Aim for the gap
Stay centered between pipes to avoid surprise drops.
- 3. Find your rhythm
Consistent timing beats frantic tapping. Keep calm and focused.
If you feel the bird drifting high, pause for half a beat before the next tap. Consistent spacing between taps is the real secret.
When you drop too low, a light double tap is safer than one big correction. It gives you more control.
